Safety is our top concern—we may reschedule if treatment is not advisable. Massage may not be suitable if you have fever, contagious illness, or certain medical conditions.

Our Niagara location is accessible with step-free entry. Please notify us of any additional mobility needs before your visit.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We understand that plans change. To respect both your masseuse and allow other customers an opportunity to schedule appointments, we ask that you do your best to inform us if you need to cancel.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. (Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the appointment)

We allow a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. Beyond this, your session duration may be effected.
