Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, and cash for all in-store purchases and services. For your convenience, we accept most major debit and credit cards.

  • Gift cards and vouchers may be redeemed toward eligible products and services. To use a gift card or voucher, please present the physical card or provide the valid coupon or redemption code at the time of payment. Gift cards and promotional vouchers may be subject to expiry dates, usage restrictions, or promotional terms and conditions.
  • All prices listed on our website and in-store include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices, promotions, and service offerings are subject to change without notice.

Health, Safety & Accessibility

Your health, safety, and comfort are our highest priorities. For the wellbeing of both clients and staff, we reserve the right to postpone or decline service if deemed unsuitable or not medically advisable at the time of your appointment.

  • Massage treatment may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing fever, contagious illness, injury, or certain medical conditions. If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule.
  • Clients who are pregnant are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before booking a massage treatment and to inform us of their pregnancy at the time of booking so we can best accommodate their needs.

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, all treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between appointments, and fresh linens are provided for every guest.

Our Niagara location offers step-free accessibility. If you require additional mobility accommodations or assistance, we kindly ask that you notify us prior to your visit so we can ensure a comfortable experience.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

To help us provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service value. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost. The application of cancellation and no-show fees is determined at our discretion and may be assessed based on the circumstances of each appointment.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. A grace period of up to 10 minutes will be accommodated for late arrivals whenever possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or modified in order to avoid delays for subsequent scheduled appointments. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to ensure you receive the full duration and quality of your scheduled service.
